General info
Medium Density Fibreboards (MDF) are produced with fine-dispersed wood chips dry-pressing process in high pressure and temperature conditions. Lignin extudes while wood heating is a glue. Epoxy resin and phenol are not used in MDF production. Ecological cleanness of MDF is due to using natural material as a glue instead of synthetic one's.
MDF plates have uniform structure and medium density that lets get various goods' profiles by means of mechanical processing.
MDF plates are faced with natural or synthetic veneer, paper-resin film, PVC, laminate.
MDF is a perfect material for convenient, perennial and beautiful furniture production.
