General info
Edge band is used for coating the edges of melamine faced chipboard components. It provides protection to moisture and impregnant resins steaming. Due to the edge band MFC products obtain durability and longevity. Edge band can be produced on paper basis and PVC.
Paper-basis edge band is manufactured by impregnation the decorative paper with melamine resins Material can be with thermoplastic glue layer or without one's.
